Beta Marine 750 Hour Service
from £190.00The Beta Marine 750 hour engine service involves the same checks as a 250 hour service level with the addition of the following checks.
- Change gearbox oil
- Change fuel filter and fuel pre filter if fitted
- Change air filter
- On Beta 1505 engines, if raw water cooled, change the engine water pump impeller
- Drain engine coolant and replace with 50% antifreeze solution
- Thoroughly test battery condition and alternator operation
- Check and change stern gland stuffing if required
- Check oil cooler hoses and connections and correct / replace if necessary
- Check engine mounts and propeller shaft alignment
- Check operation of and lubricate single lever controls, linkages and cables
- Record engine running hours
